Shipping Policy

1 Availability

We currently ship physical books within Singapore only. International orders are not available at this time. If you are based outside Singapore and wish to purchase our books, please email us at crispina@typeapod.com to discuss options.

2 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3 Delivery

We ship via standard Singapore Post or a local courier service. Estimated delivery times within Singapore are:

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days from dispatch
  • Express delivery (where available): 1–3 business days from dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

4 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected option. We will clearly display the shipping cost before you confirm your order.

5 Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. Type A Media is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you and may charge a re-delivery fee.

6 Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will provide you with a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

7 Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at crispina@typeapod.com within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will assess each case and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us after 14 business days from your dispatch notification and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

8 Returns & Exchanges

As our books are print-on-demand or limited-stock items, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@typeapod.com and we will make it right.
