What we do promise is this: we’ll ask the tough questions, make complex issues simpler to understand, and get smart people to give views. Hosted by veteran journalist Crispina Robert and communications practitioner Edwin Yeo, Type A is the podcast you can drop into every week and leave feeling a little less confused about an increasingly artificial world.
Crispina Robert
Host
Crispina Robert is a veteran journalist whose career spans newspapers, magazines, education, and podcasting. She began her career at The New Paper, edited Young Parents magazine, took a teaching detour at a local polytechnic and then joined CNA, where she set up its podcast unit in 2022. Several of the shows she has written, edited and produced have since won multiple international awards for writing and production. When she isn’t trying to make sense of the news, she cooks, writes and pretends to work out at the gym.
Edwin Yeo
Co-host
Edwin Yeo’s career in media and communications spans over 35 years, first in advertising, then in journalism. For the last two decades, he has helmed the Singapore office of a regional communications consultancy. He’s won multiple awards in advertising, journalism and public relations, and even special mentions and nominations at film and TV awards, when he once indulged in filmmaking. Today, he works with a team of both human and AI agents to advise clients across sectors such as real estate, finance, sustainability, public affairs and non-profits. When he’s not working, he’s busy developing plans for global domination.
